Dashboard, as intended, serves a single place to manage your business. There are three default dashboard types in BaccS. It is possible to use all of them at a time.

Dashboards allow to display different data on one page in a widget-style order. This means that you can choose which widgets to display. Among default widgets in different dashboards, you will find:

  • Ongoing jobs
  • Unpaid invoices
  • Balance statement
  • Word stats chart
  • Earnings chart
  • Volumes chart
  • Top customers chart
  • Jobs ready to invoice
  • Undistributed payments
  • Notepad
  • Workload planner
  • Undelivered assignments
  • Unpaid assignments

Default look of the Main dashboard and Dashboard for translator:

Each widget has its own pane, which can be collapsed and resized. To resize a widget, move a mouse pointer towards its border, until resizing icon appears. Then drag the border until desired size is reached. To collapse a widget or a column of widgets, click on the expand button or double click on the header. This allows increase size of other widgets, as they will automatically occupy all free space.

To drag a widget into a new place, right click on empty space of a dashboard and select Customize layout. In this mode you can move and delete widgets. Before making any changes, please check Layout tree view tab of the customization window, as it show structure of a dashboard. Take a note on splitter elements, as they are placed between different widgets and columns to allow resizing. To finish customization and save changes, close Customization window. To restore changes, click Reset view settings button on the ribbon.

All changes are automatically saved, and will be restored next time you open a dashboard.
