Job templates feature allow to save any job as a template and then use it from the Quick job creation button to quickly create similar job in future.
How to create a new translation job template
Open any job and find Save current job as a template button. Click it and enter name of a new template. The system will create and save a new template. Please note that this button is unavailable if opened job has unsaved changes.
How to use translation job templates
Find Quick job creation button in the Home tab on the ribbon. This button is always available, regardless which tab is selected right now. Click it to see list of options:
First section allows to refresh list of customers and templates (sometimes you need to refresh the list after creating a new template). Second part is a list of your recent customers you did work for. And in the bottom part you will find list of your templates. Select any to create a new job using that template.
How to manage/delete translation job templates
Click Quick job creation button and select Manage job templates option. You will see list of existing templates, which includes only two columns: template name and job reference:
Here you can rename existing templates (double click to open editing form) or delete them.
